Tinnitus Information

Tinnitus is the disorder that causes various types of noises in the ear. It is a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder. A common ailment, tinnitus gets better by treating the underlying cause, when identified. A person suffering from tinnitus hears various types of sound in his ear, consistently or alternatively. Basically, there are two types of tinnitus - objective and subjective. While in former, people around the affected person also hear the tingling sound, the latter has only the patient experiencing a buzzing sound, all alone.
